Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast, dry
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. dough per pretzel
Preparation

Mix yeast in warm water, mix dry ingredients and make hole in center.
Add yeast mixture.
Form into pretzels.
Place on cookie sheet, brush top with beaten eggs.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
