Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1 level Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add brown sugar and continue beating.
Stir in flour, salt and nuts.
Drop by small spoonfuls, far apart, onto buttered cookie sheet.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes only.
