Ingredients

1 1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
4 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla; beat until light.
Stir in milk.
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Chill 1 hour or longer.
Roll to 1/4-inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut into shapes and place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
