Microwave Tuna Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
cooked noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine tuna, soup and mushrooms in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Heat on full power, 6 to 8 minutes, or until bubbling. Stir twice during heating.
Stir in sour cream.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve over noodles.
