Russian Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. strong tea
1/2 gal. water
3-4 c. sugar
24 whole cloves
1 qt. orange juice
1 qt. pineapple juice
6-8 lemons (juice)
Preparation

Boil water, sugar, and cloves for 15 minutes.
Add orange, pineapple, and lemon juices.
Remove cloves from tea.
Makes 2 gallons and will keep 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
