Coconut Joys - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    3 c. coconut
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 to 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (may need to add a little oil or paraffin wax to it)
Preparation
    Combine confectioners sugar and coconut in bowl; toss to mix. Add butter; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Make indentation in each ball.
    Fill with melted chocolate.
    Chill until firm. Store in refrigerator.
    Yields 3 dozen.
