Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Green Giant broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 box mild jalapeno Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    In a glass casserole dish sprayed with Pam, place thawed vegetables.
    Add cut slices of Velveeta cheese over vegetables, then spread crushed crackers over top and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
