Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak
1/4 c. margarine
1 large can sliced mushrooms
1 large onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1 can beef broth
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips and brown in butter. Remove.
Brown chopped onion and mushrooms.
Return meat to skillet.
Add chicken soup, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add 1 can beef broth. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
If desired, thicken with cornstarch.
