Cheese 'N' V-8 Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. V-8 juice
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Combine wet and dry mixtures; fold together.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
