Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 to 1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
Preparation

With electric mixer, beat the cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, extracts and heavy cream.
Beat until smooth. Pour in pie shell and refrigerate until firm, about 8 to 10 hours. Garnish with strawberries.
