Nondairy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold water
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Make 3 wells in the flour mixture.
In one well, pour vinegar, the other vanilla and the third well, put oil.
Then pour 2 cups cold water over this.
Mix with portable mixer right in the pan.
Be sure to scrape sides and bottom while mixing.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
