Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed pinto beans, unseasoned
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Let set 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake until crust browns.
Turn oven to 300\u00b0 and continue cooking until knife inserted in filling comes out clean.
