Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions
    1 large green pepper
    1/2 tsp. each: garlic, nutmeg and oregano
    black pepper to taste
    5 tsp. chili pepper
    salt to taste
    30 oz. kidney beans
    30 oz. pinto beans
    2 bay leaves
    8 whole cloves
    6 c. tomatoes in sauce
    10 oz. tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add oil, garlic, onions, green pepper and other spices except chili powder.
    Add these ingredients to a large pot after steaming in a skillet.
    Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and chili powder.
    Stir in beans, cloves and bay leaves (drain kidney bean juice).
    Cook at least 1 hour; the longer it cooks, the better it is.
