Pork Chop Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (3/4 to 1-inch cut) pork chops
2 medium onions
4 to 6 medium white potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer a 9 x 11-inch baking dish with peeled, sliced potatoes and onions, thinly sliced, alternating layers.
Cover with soup and milk mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place pork chops on top of mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
