Lemon Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/3 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice, rind and salt in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts and mixture slightly thickens.
    Cool.
    Fold in whip cream and egg whites.
    Line pan with most of crumbs.
    Pour in mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Freeze at coldest temperature.
