Cabbage Fry Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil in large skillet over medium heat until light brown, about 8 minutes.
    Stir in cabbage, celery, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Saute for 2 minutes; sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Mix gently.
    Spoon tomatoes on top of vegetables.
    Cook, covered, over low heat, just until vegetables are crisp-tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
