Black Bottom Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 envelopes premelted chocolate (unsweetened)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 or 9-inch) graham crumb crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 (9 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 pt. strawberries
Preparation

In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients until smooth; spread into crust.
Chill while preparing filling.
In medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk with electric mixer; beat at low speed for 2 minutes.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and coconut; spread over chocolate.
Spread remaining topping over pudding.
Cover and freeze until firm but not frozen.
To serve, hull strawberries and cut in half.
Arrange berries on top of pie. Makes 8 servings.
