Connemara Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. rosemary
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. Irish Mist
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. or 1 can drained mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
    thyme
    allspice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Pour 3 tablespoons oil in a skillet and 1 minced garlic clove, brown, then add cut-up chicken.
    Brown on all sides over moderate heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    You have a real good gravy and can serve spaghetti on the side.
