Bean And Cheese Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small flour tortillas
    1 c. refried beans or black beans
    2 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Spread refried beans evenly over 4 flour tortillas.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on each tortilla over beans.
    Layer chopped tomato over cheese.
    Place remaining flour tortillas on top.
    Wrap each in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Cut into quarters and serve.
