Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together until smooth.
    Fill cupcake pans lined with paper cups one-third full.
    Top each with heaping teaspoonful of topping mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 18 cupcakes.
