Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise (fat-free is acceptable but not as good)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. sugar or Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped green, red or yellow pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly stir.
    Chill.
