Country Pork Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. boneless pork butt or shoulder
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. dried sage
3 Tbsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine seasonings and sprinkle over meat cut in cubes.
Grind meat and shape into desired patties or rolls.
Freeze in meal size portions.
