Cinnamon-Raisin Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. milk
    butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Add raisins and milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
    Knead lightly 10 times.
