Coffee Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    2 Tbsp. water
    mint leaves
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar and coffee in pan.
    Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Remove from heat.
    Sprinkle gelatin over water, stirring until dissolved.
    Add gelatin to milk mixture and mix well.
    Pour into 4 glasses.
    Chill until set.
    Garnish with mint leaves.
