Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
3 Tbsp. cocoa
small can milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients.
Cook
over low heat for about 12 minutes or until thick enough to spread.
