Sour Cream Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. drained or frozen corn
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter and add flour, salt, pepper and mix well.
    Add water; cook until thick.
    Stir in sour cream; add corn and cook 5 or 10 minutes on low heat.
    Can be reheated.
