Green Bean Bake(Makes 48 Portions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 10) cans cut green beans
    1 (50 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. milk
    5 (3 oz.) cans French fried onions
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Drain beans well.
    Blend soup, milk, 2 1/2 cans onions, soy sauce and pepper.
    Heat.
    Combine soup mixture with green beans and pour into baking pans (12 x 20 x 2-inch).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
