Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Now grate zucchini (do not grate zucchini ahead of time); if small zucchini is used, do not peel.
    If large ones are used, use only the firm inside, no seeds or skin.
    Add all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 or 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
