Grandma Zimmerman'S Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. applesauce
3 lb. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Bake in heavy baking dish (uncovered) at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
Do not stir.
Remove and stir well.
