Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can sliced peaches
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4.6 oz.) pkg. vanilla cook and serve jello pudding
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain peaches; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
    Arrange peaches in deep 10-inch greased pie pan.
    Cream butter or margarine; add egg, then milk, flour, baking powder, flour and pudding.
    Cover peaches with batter.
    Cream together cream cheese, peach juice and sugar.
    Spread over batter to within 1-inch of sides.
    Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
