Northwest Cherry Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pitted dark sweet cherries, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve as a condiment with chicken, turkey or pork.
