Salmon Loaf For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon, boned and flaked
    1 egg or substitute
    liquid from salmon, plus milk to make 3/4 c.
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Grease a loaf pan.
    Blend egg into flaked salmon.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is crisp and brown.
    Yields 4 servings.
