Quick Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope savory herb and garlic soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast
    2 c. frozen vegetables (your choice)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, mix the soup mix and water.
    While it's coming to a boil, cut chicken into thin strips.
    When liquid comes to a boil, continue boiling for 1 minute until slightly thickened. Add chicken and vegetables.
    Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, until chicken is done.
    Serve with hot rice or noodles.
