Tuna Pepper Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium jalapeno peppers, canned
1 can water packed tuna
1 (8 oz.) container lite or no fat cream cheese
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Halve, seed and rinse peppers.
Drain on paper towel.
Drain tuna and flake.
Mix with cream cheese; add onion and garlic salt to taste.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
These are quite spicy but delicious.
