Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Precook spinach; drain well.
    Stir in cheese, onion, milk and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown and pie seems set.
