Special Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
1/2 c. oil
1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (6 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 large carton light whipped topping
Preparation

Mix cake mix, oil and oranges with juice.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each one.
Pour batter into 2 (9-inch) greased cake pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until it tests done. Cool.
Combine pineapple, juices, pudding mix and whipped topping. Spread over cake and between layers.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
