South-Of-The-Border Nacho Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. popped Orville Redenbacher's gourmet popping corn
    1 lb. processed mild Mexican-style cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (2.5 oz.) can chopped ripe black olives, drained
    1 tsp. Gebhardt chili powder or paprika
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Place popped corn into zip top bag and seal. With rolling pin, crush popped corn to medium fine consistency.
    Set aside.
    In a medium bowl, blend processed cheese, cream cheese and black olives until smooth. Shape cheese mixture into ball.
    In a shallow dish, combine crushed popcorn with chili powder or paprika.
    Roll cheese ball in mixture until completely coated. Garnish with tortilla chips.
    Makes one 5-inch ball.
