City Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 veal chops
    salt and pepper
    oil
    flour
    wine or chicken broth
Preparation
    Remove fat from chops.
    Place on medium size skewers after cutting meat up.
    Roll meat on the skewers in flour.
    Brown in small amount of oil.
    Place meat in a covered dish.
    Add wine or chicken broth to the dish, about 1/2-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Check to see that liquid does not cook away.
    If so, add more.
    Cook until tender.
