Enchiladas(Double For A 9 X 13-Inch Pan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 flour tortillas
    1 lb. beef
    1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano, salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese (Colby and Mozzarella each)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown beef with 1 tablespoon onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain grease.
    Add Mexican tomatoes, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
