President Eisenhower'S Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    6 stale slices cubed bread
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 large diced onion
    1 egg
    1 or 2 Tbsp. finely diced celery
    1 can undiluted beef consomme
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pat into 9 1/2 to 10-inch square pan (at least 2-inches deep).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until sides pull away, approximately 1/2-inch (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
