Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated raw zucchini, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease two loaf pans (9 x 5-inch).
    Place all dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Make a well in center and add oil, vanilla and eggs. Mix with a spoon.
    Add zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
    Cool before removing from pans.
