Almond Pistachio Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
    2 c. cream
    1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill and freeze.
    Makes about 1 quart.
