Pork Balls With Sauerkraut And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    5 carrots, sliced thin
    1 1/4 lb. new potatoes, quartered
    1 bag sauerkraut, rinsed
    1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine
    first 6 ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Layer carrots, potatoes and sauerkraut in pot.
    Sprinkle with caraway. Pour
    broth
    on top.
    Bring to boil.
    Lower temperature.
    Simmer, covered, 25 minutes.
