Ingredients

2/3 c. blanched almonds, finely ground
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Start heating oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour well a cookie sheet.
In large skillet combine all ingredients; heat, stirring over low heat until mixture is mushy.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet about 3 inches apart.
Bake 5 or 6 minutes.
Remove one at a time quickly.
Roll up around wooden spoon handle.
(They get crisp when cool and you have to work fast when taking them off sheet.)
Also, don't bake too long.
They'll be slightly brown and soft when you take them out and they run together easily if you put too much, too close on sheet.
