Sweet 'N Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    1 1/4 c. celery
    3/4 c. green peppers
    1 c. peas
    1 large onion
    1 large apple
    1 can Contadina sweet 'n sour sauce
Preparation
    Slice and simmer the vegetables for 25 minutes in covered frypan.
    After cooking 10 minutes, slice the apple over the vegetables.
    Pour vegetables into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour the sweet 'n sour sauce over top.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Best with fish or chicken.
