Caramel Apple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. caramel extract
apples, cored and peeled

Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients using electric mixer.
Use as a dip for apples.
Makes 1 cup.
