Hot Potato Salad With Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 small carton (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except potatoes, in a large bowl and mix.
    Now add potatoes and mix well.
    (It's easier to add potatoes last.)
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
    Do not stir.
    Sprinkle with parsley or paprika.
