Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut (dry)
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    6 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Beat eggs.
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
