Heavenly Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    2 lb. fish fillets, skinned
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
    Place fish in single layer on well-greased broiler pan.
    Brush fish with lemon juice.
    Broil 4 inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
    Remove from broiler and spread mixture on fillets.
    Broil 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
