Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sq. baking chocolate (unsweetened)
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt in saucepan, stirring over low heat, the butter and chocolate.
When chocolate has melted, add cocoa, sugar, cream and salt.
Stir to combine ingredients.
Bring to a boil slowly. Immediately remove from heat.
Blend in vanilla.
Warm in microwave before using.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
